On 18/12/2019 – reconstructed belt conveyor B1600 – SU7 (nominal power 4x400kW) was put into operation in MB “Kolubara“ on the open pit “Field G“.
On 20/07/2019 – The company “Univerzum ciglana” from Arandjelovac, a leader in the field of of brick products on the Serbian market, officially put into operation a modernized brickyard production plant in Indjija.
During the previous eight months, the entire production line was modernized, the capacity was increased and the assortment of this factory was expanded. Therefore, this plant has become the largest producer of brick products in the region.
In this complex project, “IT Inženjering” Beograd realized the modernization of electrical equipment of the complete production line of automation and transportation of raw, dry and baked goods. A connection is also provided with tunnel dryer plants, tunnel kilns and robots for stacking dry goods.
The most modern industrial equipment for control and monitoring (SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1500), as well as frequency drives (ABB ACS580), have been implemented.
“IT Inženjering” Beograd realized following activities:
- Generating detailed design
- Integrating and delivery of complete control equipment
- On-site supervision of equipment installation and parametrization of the production line
- Testing and commissioning of the production line
- Generating as-built documentation
End-user training for machine operation and electrical equipment maintenance
In MB „KOLUBARA“ on the open pit „Field G“ reconstructed belt conveyor B1600 – V2 (nominal power 4x400kW) has started trial operation.
“IT ENGINEERING“ Belgrade in the consortium with company Energotehnika – Južna Bačka Novi Sad realized the complete project of reconstruction of electrical equipment.
“IT Inženjering” Beograd, in the consortium with company “Siemens” Belgrade realized the supply and installation of communication equipment for optical network for BTD system and Control Center of Coal Systems at Mining Basin “Tamnava West”. The following was realized:
- Generating detailed design
- Supply and installation of equipment into communication and control cabinets
- Supply and installation of equipment inside electrical containers in the mine
- On-site supervision of equipment installation
- Installation of equipment in Control Center
- Upgrade of PLC software of machines to the latest version of Siemens TIA portal software
- Correction of existing machine control software
- Development of PLC control software for the entire BTD system in Control Center
Finishing this project, End User gained control center with state-of-the-art Siemens equipment, from which he can monitor all machines in the mine, as well as remotely supervise one tailings (BTO) and four coal (BTD) systems.
During November 2018, in Military Medial Academy in Belgrade, “IT Inženjering” Beograd replaced an old electric motor with new Siemens motor for variable pump. Additionaly, new frequency drive, produced by Danfoss, was implemented in the system.
“IT Inženjering” Beograd realized supply, delivery, installation and parametrization of frequency drive and electric motor for the pump, as well as their testing and commissioning and implementing them in the existing control system.
The company SIEMENS Belgrade, Division of digital factories, process industry and drives (DF PD) has declared IT ENGINEERING as “Partner of the year with the highest growth in 2018“, at the regular annual meeting of partners of this division held on September 20th, 2018 in Belgrade. IT ENGINEERING has also been a partner of Division DF PD with the highest growth in turnover with Siemens in absolute amount, during the last business year.
On 23/05/2018 power supply and control system for air-conditioning and ventilating was put into operation in “COM-4T’s” data center.

On 05/04/2018 equipment for wastewater treatment plant was delivered to End User „Neoplanta Industrija Mesa“ Novi Sad.

IT Engineering Belgrade completed the business year 2017 with a positive financial result and achieved total revenue of 268,000,000RSD (over 2.2 million EUR), thus continuing the trend of growth in total revenue and successful business in previous years.
29/12/2017 – In GOŠA FOM AD, Smederevska Palanka equipment for Car for loading coal MUZ 32.3 was delivered.
